This brand new student Residence is modern, stylish and conveniently located
20 minutes (4 stops on the Victoria line from Kings Cross) from the centre of London, 15 minutes from Liverpool street, on the doorstep of the Brick Lane, The Flower Market, and the future site of the London Olympics.
The Residence is organised in cluster flats of 3-7 flats that share a modern and fully
equipped kitchen. It has free wi fi, a large student courtyard, student lounge area
with flat screen tv’s, sofa’s and vending machines, so you can practice your English with other students and join a community students.

Terms and Conditions:

• If the student gives notice of cancellation 15 days or more prior to the booked arrival date the paid amount is refundable but the Arrangement Fee is payable.
• If the student gives notice of cancellation 8-14 days before scheduled arrival, 1 week’s Residence Accommodation fees and the Arrangement Fee are non-refundable.
• If the student gives notice of cancellation 0-7 days before scheduled arrival or fails to arrive, 2 weeks’ Residence Accommodation fees and the Arrangement Fee are non-refundable.
• Once the student has moved into the residence, the Student cannot cancel their stay for the first 4 weeks. After that, accommodation can be cancelled on 14 days’ notice.

Students under 18 years old are not allowed to stay in residences and can only book half-board homestay.
