Residence

This residence has 15 large twin-share bedrooms in 5 apartments. Bookings are accepted per bed or per room for long-stay guests. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated in modern style. Rooms have good storage space, comfortable beds, study desks, chairs and a plasma screen TV. Kitchens are spacious with a dining area, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Shared rooms are same sex, but you may not be staying with a Malvern House student.
Terms and Conditions:

• If the student gives notice of cancellation 30 days or more prior to the booked arrival date the paid amount is refundable but the Arrangement Fee is payable.
• If the student gives notice of cancellation 29 days or less prior to the booked arrival date the paid amount is non-refundable.
• Once the students have moved into the residence, they cannot cancel their stay for the first 4 weeks. After that, accommodation can be cancelled on 14 days’ notice.

Students under 18 years old are not allowed to stay in residences and can only book half-board homestay.
