Residence

This new residence consist of flats for 5,6 and 7 single rooms in Kings Cross, minutes away from Malvern House Kings Cross Centre and a 15 minute tube journey to the Piccadilly Centre. Conveniently located in Zone 1, with excellent links to the rest of the city, the area has a lively community as there are many student residences nearby to service several London Universities. Cafés, bars, coffee shops and nightclubs in Kings Cross in Angel offer many opportunities for students to enjoy an up and coming area of London.

Bedrooms are furnished with a large bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror, desk and chair and fitted carpet. Students share a common room with TV, roof terrace, garden and bike storage.

Terms and Conditions:

• If the student gives notice of cancellation 30 days or more prior to the booked arrival date the paid amount is refundable but the Arrangement Fee is payable.
• If the student gives notice of cancellation 29 days or less prior to the booked arrival date the paid amount is non-refundable.
• Once the students have moved in there is no curtailment or refund available for this residence. Cancellation will not entitle students to a refund.

Students under 18 years old are not allowed to stay in residences and can only book half-board homestay.
