Choosing the right school for your course is a difficult task. To provide orientation, a few credible organisations inspect schools and confirm that they meet the high standards expected by the organisation - they accredit the school.
Malvern House has been accredited by a number of educational organisations.
The British Council is the traditional quality assurance scheme for the English Language Teaching sector in the United Kingdom. It monitors and improves standards of management, teaching, resources and student welfare.
During our last British Council inspection in November 2011, Malvern House was found to meet the high standards to the scheme and our accreditation was extended for a further 4 years.
Points of excellence were noted in aspects of premises and academic management.
The inspectors assessed the following aspects of our school:
The British Council accredits all of our General English, Fast-Track, Business English and English exam courses.

The British Accreditation Council (BAC) is an independent body, established in 1984 to be the national accrediting body for private post-16 education in the UK. The primary objective of the Council's founding members was “to improve and enhance the standards of independent further and higher educational institutions by the establishment of a system of accreditation”.
BAC-accredited colleges in the UK now number more than 250, providing a wealth of academic programmes: vocational and professional qualifications; foundation courses for university entry; and even externally validated degree courses.
Accreditation by BAC is recognised by the UK Border Agency (UKBA), part of the Home Office, as a qualifying requirement for institutions wishing to enrol visa students.

The Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) is an independent accrediting body that started inspecting English language schools in Britain in 2011 at the request of the UK Border Agency. ISI accreditation is a requirement for schools who wish to sponsor Tier 4 student visas.
Malvern House is pleased to announce that it has gained ISI accreditation, following our recent inspection. The inspectors assessed the quality of provision in these areas:
