The University of Surrey is based on a beautiful, safe campus in Guildford which is 40 minutes by train from London Waterloo station and close to both Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
Surrey originally pioneered 'sandwich degrees' or 'placements', whereby students have the option of spending one year of their degree in work-based professional training, and now around 80% of their students take advantage of this opportunity.
